FAQ

Please see below for all the great benefits you get as a member and how our club schedule works.

1. WHEN WILL MY FIRST SHIPMENT GO OUT?                                                        The clubs are shipped every three months on the 1st of that month (Dec 1st/March 1st/June 1st/Sept 1st) and processed 5 days before (Nov 25th/April 25th/May25th/Aug 25th). If you sign up for the club after the 24th of the month right before the club shipment month (example you sign up on May 26th) your June club won’t automatically ship. We process these in one big batch shipment so it’s all automated. BUT if you contact us at [email protected] and let us know you just signed up and you’d like that month’s club to ship we’d be happy to process that for you. Otherwise you can also place a one-time order and still get your club discount by being logged in when you place your order. The following club month will ship automatically for you.

2. WHEN IS MY CARD CHARGED?
Even though you entered your payment information to sign up for the wine club, your card is not actually charged until the time of shipment. It’ll be charged about 1 week before you shipment goes out and you’ll receive an email receipt as soon as payment processes.

3. WHEN DO I GET MY SHIPMENT?
Shipments are scheduled to go out in the first week of JUNE, SEPTEMBER, DECEMBER & MARCH.

4. I NEED SOME RIGHT AWAY…
If you sign up for the club after the 1st on the club shipment month you will most likely miss that months auto-ship BUT you can still get an order with your club discount you’ll just have to place it as a one-time order. Just visit the online store here, and when you create a login with the same email that you used to sign up for your membership, you’ll get your same club discount on any one-time orders year-round. Woohoo!

5. HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN IT SHIPS…
For the club members auto-shipment we will email you prior to your club order shipping out which will be a week or two before June/Sept/Dec/March to remind you that we’ll be processing your club shipment (in case you need to make any changes to the delivery address etc- please remember someone 21+ needs to sign for the package). You will also get another email when the club processes with a receipt for that club shipment.

6. WILL I GET TRACKING…
You’ll be notified as soon as your club order ships and will receive an auto tracking email.

7. WHAT ELSE DO I GET?
As a club member you’ll get access to exclusive specials, product launches, and discounts throughout the year.

8. Lastly, keep an eye out for our occasional newsletters with amazing cocktail recipes that you can try out, we always keep a healthy spin on them!

It’s federal law that someone 21+ must sign for a package that any of the carriers, (FedEx/UPS/GSO) try to deliver. Even if that seems like a pain at times it’s better than dragging all that wine home from the store.

You can always have it delivered to a work address or to a nearby UPS or FedEx hub and pick it up during their business hours with a tracking number and valid ID.

Memberships are billed at the time of shipment processing which is approximately one week before your club ships.

Six month minimum membership = 2 club shipments.

– Need to cancel? You can do so after you’ve received two club shipments. Why two? Believe it or not, there are some very schemy people in the world (sign up, get the discount, click back, cancel). We know you’re not that person.
– Any cancellations must be processed before the 20th of the month prior to the club shipment month to avoid being charged for the next shipment.
– To cancel or put your membership on hold email [email protected]
– Cancellations are processed after completing cancellation survey.

No problem! Just send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll put your club shipments on hold as long as you’d like. You can also have it shipped to a local UPS or FedEx hub and they’ll hold it there for you for a week.
